Polyurethane or stainless steel?

Both jars hold 2,000 ml and won't shatter if dropped. Choose by what matters more: the lowest contamination or the most grinding power for the money.

Rule of thumb

If the goal is mixing and contamination matters, choose polyurethane. If the goal is grinding and a little iron pickup is acceptable, choose stainless steel. It has the lowest cost per liter of any 2 L jar we sell.
